Most of my time spent outdoors is on a bike riding in the Phoenix area with GABA-West Valley and West Valley Cycles. My schedule includes two hard pushing rides on Wed & Sat and two recovery rides on Thur and Mon covering 270 miles per week.
As of 9/12/10 my new goal is to ride 270+ miles per week and maintain a B+ to A- performance level.
