    Bad bad bad. I must have definitely pulled something during my PT test yesterday because my calves and shins were killing me. I planned on going further but couldn't :(

      Great run! Especially nursing an injury. Take it nice and slow - don't make it worse! Cool photo btw... bet it was work running to the top!

    The only reason I ran this slow what to push another soldier who needs help passing her PT test. I feel pretty confident that I can do 2 miles in about 18 min. at this stage in the game.
