Insanity- Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Its been awhile since i have sweated this much. Towards the end my calf started to tighten up so i stretched and rolled it when i was done so hopefully it will help. Hope to be able to run again by Monday but who knows.


Sounds like a fun workout Amber!! At least, once you're done :)
