stretching, foam rolling, push-ups (40), and other 'ish. Still not feeling the gym, I headed up to the Eucalyptus room and sat there and facebooked/twittered for 30 minutes <- 'twas glorious.

    bahahhaa!!! Noooooo, dork :p It's a room that basically smells like Vicks and opens your sinuses ... it's really quite amazing :D
