    I really don't remember everything I did. But, I know it was for 45 minutes. Push-ups, bench dips, planks, stretching, mason ball twists, foam rolling, and prob other things.

    I ran for 30 mins on the treadmill, trying to clear my head. Bad few days but tomorrow is a new day .. and hopefully I can run outside. Have a good weekend er'body.

    I jogged on the treadmill while one of the trainers there chatted me up about college football. People were extra friendly at the gym today, it must be a full moon :)

    stretching, push-ups, planks - and I called it a day and went up to the Eucalyptus room to hang out for 30 minutes and try to gain some control over my poor wheezy lungs!

    warm-up on the treadmill - I was really wheezy and gross feeling. 70* one day and 30* makes my allergies get all craycray.

    It was reallllly hot in the gym. I intended on running for 30 minutes and stopping at how ever many miles I got to - but, I was sweating in to my eyes and it was annoying, so I stopped.

      I never did either Christine .. and then something came over me and I all of a sudden don't hate it as much. It only took me about 10 years of gymming to not have a relationship of hate with the dumb thing :)

    It was really hot in the gym - my shirt was soaked after about .5 a mile. So, I ran for the last half of Wizards of Waverly place. Don't hate. That's an awesome show.

      Oh, I <3 Saved by the Bell, Brian! I watch it every morning - true story. @Christine, I knowww. It was nearly 70* yesterday and the AC is shut off in the gym for the winter, so it was miserable in there! @Dustin, my other favorite is iCarly. I literally laugh out loud to that show and have no shame in watching it alone :D
