      Yuck. Not a fan of running in the rain! I know people would be all, hey .65 is better than zero and I guess it is but when that type of thing happens, it's just a bummer all the way around!

      Try this Amber. Get up on your toes and the balls of your feet a bit more, shorten your stride a bit and try to keep the same cadence as a flat run.

    I only slept about 4 hours last night so this was not a good run. I managed to run into a tree and scraped up and bruised my arm pretty bad - had to walk after that. Typical.

      Agreed! Honestly if I get to do some planks and push-ups, I am generally a happy girl. And yes, I know I can do those on my own but it is not the same!

      Yep, I feel the same. The pushups were great. There were quite a few. She was a little light on the planks (10 seconds? Really?) but at least they were there. And there were a couple glute type things that were interesting.
