    1 mile on the hotel treadmill this morning. Belt on treadmill was loose so i gave up.
    3.88 tonight outside. Half of it running loops in the parking lot. Argh.

    32 degrees and windy. No warm up. Only the 2nd run in 2 weeks. Started out on the neighborhood hills/trail then finished on the usual sidewalks.
