      I think it initially started for biking. But you can record all your runs and workouts on there. My garmin and my bike trainer are synced up to it. And I've been looking at a few friends workouts on there for months. So I don't know. Just switched. Strava.com

    Tried to push the pace a little more since I know I can swim with my shoulder. Still slow but gets the job done.

      Sorry just saw this! Shoulder is doing well. Still working on strength and motion but I can get it up on my own without help and that is HUGE! lol. I'm loving that I can swim but if I jerk it to weird, it might be a little sore. And it tires out fast since I have no strength in it.
