    Bit off more than I could chew. Planned on 6 got cocky w/ miles 2-5 @ sub 8:45 and therefore mile 7 was tough. That sandbag, lactic feeling again. But it is done!

    Slowest 10 mile run in years. Legs felt so heavy. Awful. Walked a lot after turn around. Was with my buds for it so that made it ok.
