    Gorgeous, starry, dark, COOL, and cheerful girls. Did slow w. up and 4 tempo @ 8:56/:46/:52/:45 and 2 c. down though my quads and rt. cheek bum burning. For a town run I will take it.

      Seriously! Not much of a 'recovery run' when it is that hilly! That tends to be the hardest run of the week for me!
      What kind of shoes did you get? I still haven't found my 'happy shoes' that don't hurt my feet. No idea what to try next.
