    Bit of pain at knee all around at end but recovered quickly and this is first time have run 2 days in a row and it being trails so will take it! Very nice group this morning.

      Would love to have you girls!! Krissy I could pick you up on way out and Sara if you cut thru Windmere or RReagan they are near there. Can start in couple places but fish hatchery in Chattahoochee River Club off 20 is best place in my opinion.

    Trail run in light rain. Loved it. Really needed this run to clear my head and it did the trick. Felt great even on hills.

    Most uncomfortable have ever been on an international flight. Didn't sleep a wink. Grocery store, Indian food, some sightseeing today, and the Tube. Kids doing great so far!
