    .5 incline for most of this. I pushed it to 10 minute miles. Speed 6. Ran as long as I could like that. Then lost all stamina. Moved on to the lipty.

    I had planned on finishing up my round at the gym with a longer trot on the TM but I was really sore. So I cut it off at 10 minutes and hit the tanning bed.
