    Wow, what a perfect morning!! Hamstring is OK if take it easy, but I'm starting to panic that I'm completely losing my speed :( I really want to be strong for Summerfest Rock n' Sole!!!

    Sports day with the kids and my sister. Football, soccer, frisbee, baseball, races, etc., etc. We switched activities every 5-10 minutes. Super fun!

      Bummer Amanda! I had a hamstring strain once and it took about 6 weeks to heal completely. My intention is not to discourage you but to give you some piece of mind that this is temporary and you will back to kick butt racing times in no time!
