sports day! 02:00
Sports day with the kids and my sister. Football, soccer, frisbee, baseball, races, etc., etc. We switched activities every 5-10 minutes. Super fun!

Sounds like fun! We hit the bikes (Alex is giving up running ot dedicate his life to biking :-() and went to the part to hang from Monkey bars!

Get Better:
Bummer Amanda! I had a hamstring strain once and it took about 6 weeks to heal completely. My intention is not to discourage you but to give you some piece of mind that this is temporary and you will back to kick butt racing times in no time!
