    Hard. Ran in the past with .5% incline. Increased to 1% incline and its hot in this house even with fan on.

      When on the TM at the house I have on the fan on the TM, the ceiling fan and a fan behind me and I still get hot. I often open the slider (sliding door) and pray for a breeze, though ti rarely comes. Great job on the dreadmill in warm conditions.

      All is good. Im not having any injury issues. I need to stretch more ,this has been an ongoing problem with me and not stretching. Will do today. Stretching is dang boring and at times a bit

    Very SOB due to not running for a month.Did 5 miles yesterday on TM. Today made myself finish 10k.Very tough but absolutely no pain in foot.Looks like its healed.

      At least you got in a decent couple miles! Hope that gets better. That's pretty hardcore if you're going to amputate your leg to keep running! lol

      I wish we had 70 degree weather. Texas is going to major hot this summer. We are already in mid to upper 80s and that has been the case since April. Crazy weather!!!

    Was tired easily.Have not run for a week.Left hamstring was letting me know it was there. Scale says I lost weight ,pants say weight is in butt and thighs.Makes sense.
