Very SOB due to not running for a month.Did 5 miles yesterday on TM. Today made myself finish 10k.Very tough but absolutely no pain in foot.Looks like its healed.

Sha-Run last year the rain was far worse. I was just happy it didnt downpour.Also,the rhodies out there were absolutely beuatiful.Somewhere along the line before mile 10 we passed a rhododendrum farm that I wanted to stop at and just gape.

I have not run for 10 days due to the virus.Feeling better,much more energy.So thankful for this. Have Eugene Marathon at the end of the month.Looking forward to it.Will do long run tomorrow.
