    Walked on the first incline program that lasts 30 minutes. The setting went up to an incline of 7, but varied the inclines nicely. It's harder work on the calves walking uphill.(:

    Ran slow and walked several times. Running is hurting more and more, so I didn't push but took it easy. I did run more than I walked though.(:

      Haha! That is a funny thought. Linda Nelson was telling Dave that a friend of hers who ran while pregnant had to calm her crying baby by holding it upsidedown and bouncing it! Kind of funny!

    A nice Thanksgiving Day run with Papa! Jordan and Nonna biked, and Kristin rollerbladed with Lucy. A warm 50 degrees out and sunny! Felt good today.
