    My body was sore and tired from my workouts this week, but how could I resist the unexpected mild weather, not to mention a run by myself?! Super nice 55 degrees out, with a warm wind.

    Nathan and I tried for short and fast today. Not as fast as I'd hoped but good considering my body was tired from yesterday's workout.
