    Gorgeous day for a run!! Walked once. Still don't seem to have my stamina back. We'll attribute it to recovering from pregnancy and birth, feeding a baby, and lack of sleep, I guess.

      Lol ditto, Dave! Just by feeding your little guy you're burning big time calories so maybe eat a little extra protein for run days. But yeah sleep will be a big help too, that'll come.

    alright 2 1/2 mile route 2.52 mi 00:26 10:12 pace

    First run without a baby in the belly. Sadly, it was a bit harder than I had hoped. Didn't want to push too hard, so I went slow and walked twice. Nice to run again though.

      Good job Mandy! Now is your time to catch up while we are all slacking! I have to say that your "slow" is my normal pace. But I guess that's the price you pay for being short and slow. You'll be back to your normal soon I'm sure! I always figure it takes 3 runs to get back into the groove. ;)

      Lol I "jogged" extremely slowly a couple of very short times yesterday.... Baby was bouncing on my bladder so bad! Sigh my own fault for not starting in shape this time. Great work Mandy, you're an inspiration.

      Haha, Meg! Wouldn't that be funny! Ellie, it's not that you are out of shape. I had a long time where it felt like the baby was bouncing on my bladder when I ran! It seemed to get better as I got bigger though, for some reason.(: Great job, jogging!!!
