    Nathan and I ran (he napped while I pushed) and Kristin roller bladed. It was hard running today. Not even thinking of Papa was going to speed me up today! Hot too, at 81 degrees.

    Felt good. Went for speed. Every time I started slowing down I thought of Papa and sped up.(: Still couldn't beat his best pace though. But I did get a great pace if I do say so myself.(:

    Kristin ran the first lap with me. We took it easy and walked a few times. The next lap I was on my own and ran the whole way. Felt quite good for my first run after slacking for over a month!
