    Felt good, ran for 45min at 9km/ hr ( a PB for me) after a 10 min warm up.

      Great run Amanda. Do you have incline settings on the treadmill? I hear they help emulate the feel of the road.

    I have had a few days off due to the flogging my personal trainer gave me last week, which meant that for 4 days anything that involved moving hurt like hell.

      Glad you are back Amanda. Take it easy. Enjoy your exercise. The PT is there to help you not hurt you. If you don't enjoy it, then you won't come back.

      I forgot to mention that the session was so hard because I made a bet with my trainer and I lost, so I deserved it! It was fun even though it hurt so much after.

    I was planning on a good 6km run but wasnt feeling the love, so ran 5km then walked the rest of the way. Having a pt session this arvo so didnt want to flog myself.
