Yeah Andrew. Seeing it's next weekend I thought I had better have at least done close to the race distance by then. If I can do 12 I can do 14 especially with all the extra adrenaline that comes on race day.

Felt good, ran for 45min at 9km/ hr ( a PB for me) after a 10 min warm up.

I forgot to mention that the session was so hard because I made a bet with my trainer and I lost, so I deserved it! It was fun even though it hurt so much after.
