    1000m row, 50- 15lb thrusters ( supposed to be 45, but the guys were hogging all the bars), 30 assited pull ups (pulling 70-80lbs of own weight), 1 mile on treadmill. 40 minute work out all together.

    Running hurts so good right now. Not to mention I was running on tired legs from the weighted squats I did at the gym. Feeling fatigue in smaller unworked muscles so that's always a good thing.

    Nice to run with a friend. We did run/walk intervals and pushed ourselves on the running.
