    No idea on time, my son has my watch at camp. I felt like my pace was good though. Again it was nice not worrying about it. I feel like I do better without.

    Walked .5 after 3. I think I found the source of my over-heating, these new pants are like being dipped in cement with temps near 80. Overall a decent run other than feeling like I was on fire.

    Started my crossfit routine this a.m. but the blisters on the palm of my hand made it impossible. Pushup while holding weights is incredibly painful with blisters.

    Ran 2.5, walked .7 Mowed the lawn and figured I was already sweaty so I may as well run. This meant mid-day sun and I was too warm again. And after mowing and yard work, I was a bit tired.
