  3. Anybody here run doubles? I've been considering running one day of doubles a week for the next month to see if it improves my performance. Thoughts?

      I have, and I think it helps. Mostly I believe it helped me because it gave me a higher weekly mileage. What it did not help was my running gear laundry pile :-)
