    Im feeling exhausted today but I thought the fresh O2 might help get me going and yoga was kind of too easy today so I bundled up and ran in 18 degrees. TGIF!!!

    Felt good to stretch today after my run yesterday that made me stiff. Started off feeling tired and tight but opened up by the end of class.
