    I felt fine on the whole, but just still a lot of tightness on the outside of my right knee. I have had IT Band problems before and I hope they are not returning. :|

    Run in Tawawa Park in Sidney with my aunt Jodi. Hills. Hills. But I do love running on a trail through woods much better than on the road.
