      Doesn't get much worse for runners than loose, rabid canines roaming the routes. Stay safe out there Alyssa. Nice 6 miles by the way!

      Nothing I hate worse than loose dogs. They have had a pretty serious dog attack and several near misses here in Lima on our "famous" river walk. I used to run it all the time and I can't remember the last time not during a race I used it because of the dog problem. Still looks like you did well despite the dogs.

      Still a very good run. That heat will sap everything you have. Just think though if you push through some miles in the summer how quick you'll be come fall.

    Much better than all the runs I had this week combined. Legs were tired around the 7th mile, but so much better than this week.
