    Proud to have gone running at minus 20 plus windchill. My eye lashes froze together but it was sunny and glorious!

    OMG - Kim of Body Design had me doing conditioning training... I think I did something like 100 squats w/ weights - 100 skips - 50 push ups what ever - the point is - It killed me and I loved it. :)

    Good weight work out. Seems its just the aerobic activities that have knocked me down.

    Apparently I am falling apart. Cut my run short AGAIN, Can't run - got some bug that is slowing me down. Hopefully better soon.

    Great - I worked the hardest I have ever worked on a weight routine. Hope I can run on sunday!!! May have over done it this time.

      I find it so amazing that day to day it can be so different. The body is a marvel. How long have you practiced Tai Chi?

      I will have completed eight years this May. I value my Tai Chi more and more as my practice continues.

      got to have the rotten ones, otherwise how would you know the difference :-D I know Tai Chi is that way.. somedays, the balance, the flexibility, the strength are missing, then again, sometimes its easy-peesie

      Dr Andrew Weill said breath is going to be THE next big thing we all focus on. About time eh? I get it, but I don't - just scratching the surface as I learn more about yoga and mediation ( let alone running and talking!)
