AMRAP 20: Front squats @ 95 lbs, PullUps and a 200m Run.
Start with 1 Front squat, then 1 PullUp, then Run 200m. Then 2 squats, 2 PullUps, run; 3 and 3, Run; 4 and 4 run etc.
Got 8 Rounds plus 3 Squats.
