I really wanted to run... but I didn't want to run on the treadmill. The treadmill SUCKS. So... I ran outside... in the heat... and SUN! D: AND, I forgot to stretch! AH! The first half went well. I was in the shade, it was breezy and beautiful... but then, I hit BAYSHORE D: No shade, no breeze, pure sun. It went down hill from there. It got better when I turned around and got back in the shade. So maybe next time I'll keep it in the shade the whole time by just running circles in the shade, haha.

    It's definitely tough when you're in the direct sun. Shade is so helpful! But you still got it done!

    Thanks Jerry! :) I definitely need to get a hat. I ran in the morning, but probably not early enough. next time, I may have to bring it an hour or two back.
