10 minutes, yeah right. Had to take multiple breaks and thus it took me about 20 minutes to complete. Spent 5 minutes after doing some extra ab work: 25 reps of 2 types of crunches and 2 planks for 1 min. each.
My muscle is not building as much as I'd like it to be :/
