I have a love/hate relationship with my wednesday track workouts. The worst part is getting up at 4:30 to meet the gang. The best part is being done with your workout by 6:30am.

Cool! It's a tough course... lots of hills. But very pretty and I was excited to hear roosters crowing! I live in Towson and don't hear roosters too often. I am pacing the 2:00 group so look for me hanging out with the pace team in the Dunkin Donuts tent.
