    good. frustration with maps app. cant figure map the shortcut onto the BK bridge.

      hey hEYY!!! you back with a new photo. dig it. what's the issue with the maps app? you probably have to unclick "follow roads" so you can get onto the bridge the way you would run (instead of how you would drive.) just a guess.

      wait, so you ran the snowflake this past weekend? freezing sucks anyway you slice it - especially if you're not used to running in the cold - good news is that spring is on its way!!!

      Outside!! Across the BK Bridge, down chambers, around the bottom of the island (seaport, chi-town) and back across the bridge to BK.

    It felt good for the first hour. the last 30 mins were a challenge. Overall, dont think I'll make Bikram a regular thing, but good for when you want to really sweat it all out.

    Felt great. Didnt want to push it with the shin splints, but all felt good. Think the new running shoes helped.
