    Fourth half marathon in the books! This was greater than I could have imagined! I felt really good throughout the whole thing and I am super proud of my time and my serious PR!

    Last run before 1/2 marathon on the treadmill at lunch (since I had to walk the pup before work and pick up the race packet after...). 5 min walk warm-up, 2 mile run, 15 min walk cool-down.
