    slacked off last week because of school felt great to get back into it. Great run until the women with a DD coffee walking around the track lit a cig.

    3 miles around the track- pretty windy and did it later in the day so wasn't very motivated.

      haha thanks... im on spring break so figured i get in as much as i could this week because once school starts back up Im not sure when ill get the miles in.

      It's the kind of like the elliptical but the feet park are on a track the whole time and the arms don't move- they are at LA I'm sure you'v seen them there.

    Didn't feel to good had to stop though I was going to be sick.

    6 miles at the gym today felt great ran between 6.9 and 7.4. Ran a mile at 7.4 haven't done that since the summer felt great to get back up to speed
