Good run...cut back on the mileage, though since the back of my left knee was a little sore after my run on Monday. It went away with two days of rest, but then returned after today's run. On the up side, it did not hurt as much today...even though the aching in it that I felt on Monday was still very mild. Hoping I can at least do 3.5 on my next run day...time and my knee will tell! Nice and warm for February...60 degrees!
