    Great match, we won 6-4, 6-4. It was great competition so we had to play for the win.

    Lost 1-6, 3-6. First time playing singles, so I had doubles on my brain. Also, playing without practicing because of the weather. But all in all, I got to play. Still loving tennis!

    Felt good tonight, tried to push harder tonight. Program was Random on Level 5.

    Changed elipticals, this is the one I like best. Could tell it has been awhile since working out. So slow tonight. Random setting at Level 5 until 15 mins then switched to level 3.

    I need a lesson in the differences in elipiticals (and spelling of the word too!) The ones I like were taken. I did this one for 30 mins, plus cooldown, on the random setting at Level 3.
