    Lost my goggles. I look like I'm stoned, although I can assure you that I am not. The swimming part was GREAT! Goal: start swimming in the AM.

    Two miles on the track, stretching, one more on the track and a fourth on the treadmill - just to mix it up. I think I'm starting to ........ enjoy this.

    This was after the first run yesterday - because I decided I had time before class.

    Just a quick jog around the block a few times to pep me up for school. It was super short, but good to be outside again! (missing ice patches got tricky - but I didn't die or break anything!)

      That's because you are on a dreadmill. Add moving scenery or people and it's more fun!
