    I started off at a good pace and kept at it the whole time, didnt get tired... I could have actually went farther but wanted to get a cool down

    I started off too fast and was dog dead tired at mile four. I tried to up it but my body just wouldn't let me. I'm surprised I got my eight in. So I'm still satisfied

    Well, I upped my time a little. Two days ago I only did 8 miles in a half hour. I'm going to try to increase it every day or at least every week.
