Remember that time we stopped at UC for a breather/bathroom break and tried to "borrow" gatorade from their training room. One goal for 2013: get back in shape to have an awesome bridge to bridge run with you!

Thanks! The recovery was 90 seconds rest. It was my first workout in awhile that didn't have a "recovery jog" and I actually felt completely recovered before starting the next interval.
