    I felt a little out of breath the entire time, which was a little different than usual. And I crashed to 48 mg/dl at the end, even though I started at 148 mg/dl. Le sigh.

      I always feel weird when I do the elliptical, I prefer the treadmill. I guess it takes some getting used to?
