      Nice workouts Allison. I used to cycle a lot- still do but its become so dangerous with increased traffic and half of all drivers on the phone while they drive. With running against traffic I figure I can dive out of the way easier .... and actually did once though it was more of a stumble out of the way than a dive.... :-)
