      Yes. Nothing better than running early after a late night. We had a guy running with us this morning that had an hour of sleep last night.

      I often punish myself for such antics in the same way (once did a 20 miler in the humidity early the next morning - toughest run ever). Nice job getting the workouts done.

      'Pends on the game. I'm enjoying a piece of pie, yes, but I've officially turned my back on the KU game. I can't turn it OFF, but I don't have to watch. And I sweat like CRAZY on the elliptical, even when I pump the room full of A/C. Weird, huh?

    First day back on the roads since the marathon! My body still feels a little tight and creaky but it was soooo good to be running outside again!

      hi allie, I looked back through your posts - your Marathon was some run! what a great time on your first one. I'm sure you'll get your sub 3 in the near future. your post below made me laugh, thought it was just the guys in the gym checking out the girls not the other way round - guess your all a bit more sneaky about it. lol
