Definitely don't worry about your speed, especially with our humidity. Running will get easier when the weather begins to cool off.

Took my daughter and a friend to the skating rink...had a blast. Estimating on the distance, I really have no idea. I skated about an hour maybe, with a lot of stopping to help them up :)
