      plus this site is great for accountability. we'll all ask you how it's going or you'll see something that makes you think of running or you'll eventually feel bad that you left us all and we'll help you get back on track! now get out and enjoy your vacation and don't stress!

    Took my daughter and a friend to the skating rink...had a blast. Estimating on the distance, I really have no idea. I skated about an hour maybe, with a lot of stopping to help them up :)
