Started running in November of 2010 and have fell in love! I truly enjoy trail running, But since I am pretty new to running, I am trying to speed up my pace by doing quite a bit of treadmill and road work.

Figured after 3 days off and taking it easy that what I have figured was wrong with my leg was all in my head. So took a couple painkillers, and took off tonight. Gorgeous night and my legs and wind were ready to go. PR'd my first mile and half by a minute and 30 seconds, but it hurt every step of the way. Went another mile or so and kept hurting. No clue for certain, but I think I may have some type of stress fracture in my left foot/ankle. Anybody had one? All the research I have done points to this. Unless it feels 100% tomorrow, I guess Monday I will be at the doctor. Sucks, sucks sucks!
