    Played about an hour of basketball, had fun with friends and colleagues at a dinner party, then came home and did some weights (pullups, shoulders, core) to mitigate some of the damage.

    4 games of 3 on 3. Calf muscles feel like they get banged with a steel pole every step after yesterday's stairs workout, but they behaved during basketball :-)

      Haha :-) I did the stairs only because I was locked out of the gym. It was definitely a beast of a workout though!
