    Clean and Jerk, build up to heavy 1; 3,3,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1; 85lbs was heaviest. This was followed by handstand push ups practice.

  8. Today and Monday are the last days of CrossFit On Ramp. Next week I'll start the Women's Only group sessions. No running yet. Yeti Chase on Sunday. I'll walk it with my sister.

  9. Starting over in 2013. CrossFit 3x a week. Yin Yoga 1x a week. Walk/run some time during the week although I haven't made time for that part yet.

    Boot camp at the Y. Not bad. It was hard. I remember that feeling. Feels good to feel muscle soreness rather than knee pain. Yay!
