      Thanks, Paula. She's really helping me strengthen my leg. We did some moves from PT, but then some more difficult weight training and core.

      That sounds like a major injury. I didn't realize Zumba could be so dangerous. I was invited to attend a class recently but haven't ever tried it. I hope you recover quickly.

      Yikes! I'm hoping it all goes well and you get back with us soon! In the meantime take extra special care and I will keep you posted re swimming. I think I have the 14th St Y lined up to give us a special class. Crossing my fingers.

    No miles for a while. Injured my knee in zumba on Thursday. Now on crutches and full leg brace. Will consult with orthopedic doc regarding MRI and treatment on Monday.

      I love Zumba and I haven't been back in class in a few months because my knees were wonky. I wanted to stay in running shape and not be laid up, so I got scared and stopped going! Please take care.

    Strength/circuit training with trainer for 1 hr. Included 1.25 miles running intervals on treadmill - didn't have Garmin on. Up to 6 on treadmill - fastest I've gone on treadmill yet.
