    Love getting out and about holidays. 2x 5k walks (approx...probably more) along the board walks and then through the national park and along the beach.

    Absolutely positively happy to have completed this challenge put to me by a friend. Cannot believe I barely dropped pace over the distance. That is 2.3k further than I have done :) :)

    Went out with the plan of run walk to cover a bit more distance and to nurture my knee. More walk than run though and last 1.5k walking even hurt my knee. I am losing so much fitness with this injury.

    I have put on my cranky pants. I have rested my knee and only ran at a gentle pace but still by the 3.5k my knee was hurting :(

    Turned the arms over to start the day. Pool temp was a bit cooler than normal and in patches if was realllly cold!! Breakfast at a cafe afterwards :)

      Hmmm, plotting ways for us to have some training sessions together when I visit in July. Definitely have to do breakfast at a cafe afterwards. It is compulsory.
