      Oh, good girl! I'm wrecked too. Tired muscles all over my body from all the cycling. Looking forward to a 6 am sleep in tomorrow!

      Well done on sticking to the plan now always an easy thing to do! @ Heather it's funny how 6am can become a sleep in, my Saturday 6.30am rise is a sleep in too! Lol
