  13. Had guests in town, traveled, started a new job...let too many bad excuses keep me from my workout. New gym has a view of Lake Michigan, is easily accessible and free...I have no excuses now.

    I was silly and didn't wear the right shoes. Dog was good, except when she tried to kill pigeons. A little rain, and a few nice neighbors...lovely!
