      Way to go! I hope your ankle is ok - it is so easy to do! I think you did the smart thing coming back to be sure about ankle AND crazy drivers! I am really trying to be smarter and more aware. Drivers certainly are NOT!

      At least you were in the gym before work! I noticed my ankle is swollen today....so disappointed! Alie has activities for the next three nights anyway so hopefully, with RICE, I will be fine to run on Saturday morning with the training team. No more dark runs on streets. I think I may have another route on a sidewalk with more traffic so the car lights will help light up my path (in addition to my headlight).

      oh no! Sprains are the worst! I'm glad you can give it some rest the next couple days to be ready for training on Sat. Don't over do it! Sounds like Alie is doing so well :-)
