    Gentle Yoga Class 01:00

    Found a local yoga studio. Took the gentle class last night to work out some kinds and do more stretching. Loved it. Will go back.

    First pilates class ever, holy heck! Was awesome core work! Really liked it.

    Three miles outdoors is still a challenge, done in form of 3x1600 with a 400 walk inbetween each mile.

    Following up the weights, didn't pay attention to distance. Felt good, couldn't believe how much I was sweating.

    Body Pump was cancelled, so I went through all the exercises on my own.

    Post Body Pump class for that extra burn, kept the intensity high-- I definitely felt it the next day.

    First outdoor run since last October. Did a significant amount of walking, but have to start somewhere. Nothing like a treadmill.

    Followed up with weights then ten min on the bike at a high difficulty level.

    Ran whole thing at 0.5 incline, really pushed the speed, felt awesome, first thing in the morning
