    Walked around the neighborhood after I walked the girls. My right shin is still bothering me from the other day. My left orthodic is not working out. Feels like I have a rock under my arch.

    Walked Cocoa & Chloe around the neighborhood. Walking both girls doesn't count as exercise because Cocoa's pace is so slow; but I count it as time NOT sitting on my behind.

    Not in the mood to exercise today so I took Cocoa for a walk around the neighborhood and then I worked around the house. I guess it can at least count as "moving."
