I ran Salt Lake 3 weeks ago in 4:50 so not a bad PR today! Especially since I once again left the Garmin at home and ran by feel. This was the 1st inaugural full marathon for Provo City. Only 137 runners. Not a bad course but not sure I'd do it again. Happy to have done it, though. :)

    Wow! 2 marathons in three weeks, impressive! Congrats on a great race. Did the course go through the canyon at all?

    Hmmm, all the water stations had water and gatorade when I came through. I'm not sure about gels. I carried mine with me. My only complaint would really be about the course itself. we ran by the finish line at the halfway mark! That needs to change.
