Oh no, I wanted to fit in a 5mile at 6.30am this morning, but I somehow slept through both my alarms :( Next run, tmr morning. I shall set more alarms this time :D

In the end I slept through my alarm again, which was unusual. It was then that I realised that I needed a break from running. So for the one week, I did more core work and walking. Thank you for your concern Gina :)
