35 minutes on the elliptical, 12 more on the 'mill, 20 minutes of weights, lunges, squats, core. MEH. I felt OK, but I probably should have had lunch at some point BEFORE working out. The last 5 minutes on the 'mill were BRUTAL. I had nothing left.
