35 minutes on the elliptical, 12 more on the 'mill, 20 minutes of weights, lunges, squats, core. MEH. I felt OK, but I probably should have had lunch at some point BEFORE working out. The last 5 minutes on the 'mill were BRUTAL. I had nothing left.

Yeah...I can't say that I'm thrilled about the move to Mesa. For me Helix worked much better (farther for you)...but in truth, I miss City College
