    Fine until the last tenth, where inattention + uneven pavement = turned ankle & face-plant.
    Rest, elevation and ice (yet no whiskey) for the next day or so ...

      i recommend the whiskey while running..it keeps you loose and more pliable for impact absorption.

    Gym - some contraption inven... 7.5 mi

    First my nieces were on me to join this, now A is buggin' me to post. So. 85 minutes, went by fast, everything was still attached afterward. We'll see how it all is in the morning.
